Anglia Capital Group portfolio company, Syrinix have recently announced that they have been acquired by US company Badger Meter for £15 million.
A fantastic local success story, Syrinix originally spun-out of the University of East Anglia in 2010, receiving equity funding from the ACG Angels in 2015. They went on to build up a global network of clients including major water utilities in the UK and US.
Syrinix specializes in high-frequency pressure monitoring and leak detection within water distribution and collection networks. Its remote network monitoring equipment and cloud-based software platform deliver data, customized alerts and insights that empower customers with real-time asset monitoring to reduce water loss and improve asset life.
