Internal Screening & Due Dilligence

Screening Committee

The first stage of the process is where we ask companies to apply online. During this phase we check that companies meet all of our basic criteria.

Once the application deadline has passed, a paper sift takes place. Individual meetings are set up with companies who's opportunity fit the ACG criteria. Basic due diligence is carried out.

Companies with a compelling opportunity and who pass due diligence are invited to a screening session where they will be asked to give their pitch to the ACG deal flow team.

The ACG deal flow team will select 6-7 companies to pitch to our Screening Committee.

The ACG Screening Committee is comprised of corporate partners and volunteer members. The Screening Committee will pick the companies to pitch at a live event to the ACG Angel Investors.
